The girl who I had my appointment with- I think her name was Sherelle- was SO NICE. It was my first time getting waxed and I was very nervous about undressing and about the potential pain, and she was so kind and talked me through everything and was talking to me like normal and it made me feel better. The girl at the front desk was nice too!
