Based on this visit only, Britney was amazing! She was fast, professional, and communicated well. Immediately, I felt comfortable especially since I didn't feel comfortable choosing a new person because I enjoyed jennifer. Overall, pretty Kitty has a high turnover rate and maybe some thing internally she be evaluated. Hopefully, Britney and I continue but more importantly, I hope she doesn't quit.
