When I walked the receptionist checked my temperature, I thought that was great because it shows they're looking out for me and they're employees as well. Also it was extremely clean as usual. I had Ariel, she has such great energy and a good sense of humor that made me feel comfortable and at ease! I also have been trying some new products they recommended to lighten dark spots (pfb), which gave me a lot more confidence about improving my skin. I felt empowered and prettier when I left.
