• I love and appreciate the welcoming and safe space the practice provides - the variety of classes are wonderful. The instructors are kind and knowledgeable. I feel as though everyone is encouraged to show up as they are and take what they need. Every class is an offering and an opportunity to explore more about the body, mind and soul. The somatic sculpt class with Simone is honestly medicine. It's my favorite class so far - it speaks to my inner child. It's a challenging and empowering class yet gentle and soft at the same time. Thank you for providing a beautiful community for folks to love and move their body ❤️
