This was my first visit and I love the nail salon and the professionalism I was treated with. I also love that OPI was the brand of gel used because of the quality. The reason I didn't give a 10 is because of the pricing and the way the prices seem to change. I was quoted one price on the chat feature and charged a different price. There are no prices on your website and it felt like the prices were fluid. This was my only negative
