Always on time every time which I value the most. Feliza does a phenomenal job every time. U make it easy to pay tips via Venmo for us millennials. Huge range of powder colors. The only reason I did not give it a 10 was because I sign up for feliza every time whether that be @ the salon or the online platform, and as of 2021, I would walk in and they'd say oh you're with Nash today or ur with someone else. And I only want Feliza since I did not care for other techs services. Not sure if that's a MINDBODY issue or polish nail lounge is switching my tech without informing me.
