I love polish and you always do a great job and have a great atmosphere, but other nail salons I've been to don't charge extra for the soak off if you're getting a new gel manicure and the soak off kit is kind of annoying to use. Covid restrictions are no longer is place, so it would be nice to see that go back to normal.
