Excellent customer service. I felt welcomed on an extremely rainy day. Lulu and staff were attentive and professional. At the last minute due to the weather I decided to switch to Gel medi & pedi. Lulu was very accommodating. Also, my nails look fantastic!!!

Lucy did a great job with my nails. I asked for flowers and it seemed like she might be a bit hesitant but she did it and I am so happy with them! I love polish and I come in almost every 2 weeks. You guys are great. The only issue I still have is that when you sign up for an appointment with a certain person you don't always get them. I sign up for people on purpose so when I don't get them it is disappointing.
