The Hub is excellent, clean and so modern looking but with a very non intimidating vibe! Brian and Ashley are wonderful people and I felt very welcome when I walked in. My class went quick and Brian took us through a variety of exercises making the class interesting and breaking up any monotony. Having the heart rate monitor on allowed me to get a better idea of how I was working myself out in the class. Different classes are offered at this place and I look forward to coming back again!
