I love the experience on the reformer, challenging but somewhat controlled and graceful. Katrina and Maureen are fantastic - observant, kind, expert.
It was very pleasant and confortable my experience. My instructor waa very clear and helpful with all recommendations and the reasons.
It is wonderful to have a place whose main focus is Pilates not just a yoga afterthought. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences and much improved physicality.
