There is such a sense of calm and purpose at the studio. It is always orderly and clean. And my, trainer, Holly, is fantastic!
I chose a 10 because Katrina is awesome, attentive, engaged, so, so so knowledgeable about the body and nervous system. I chose a 10 because I can always rely on Katrina or Maureen to SEE what is going on and to make appropriate adjustments/recommendations. I LOVE the Pilates Studio!
