I have gone to private classes with Cathy and group classes with Maureen and both have been wonderful! I feel like I am rediscovering my core and becoming stronger and healthier!
Because I love the ease of doing classes, the options for in person or virtual, and the work out….all amazing!
I love the circuit class and Maureen’s gentle and direct teaching style.
