I’ve been going to the Pilates Studio for many years now and have always been treated with respect and caring. I really like the instructors, they are excellent teachers who are sensitive to the individual needs of their clients!

Katrina helped paint I’ve had for months go AWAY by the time I left and advised me on exercises etc I could do going forth if it comes back or to avoid it again.
