I liked the teacher. The class was well paced and manageable, so I didn't feel completely defeated afterwards, like some! ;) This particular class meant alot to me because it was my first attempt after total knee replacement surgery this past December. I was surprised and encouraged by what I was able to do! ... Also, really loved that it was online, so I could join a class of interest, especially since I'm in a remote area and it's hard to find classes I have access to around here. Plus, now, after this first online experience, it should be easier to join on time.

It was such an awesome class. I loved how the instructor (can't remember her name) introduced positions and movements and took the time to explain things. It was challenging but not so much where I felt discouraged. It was great class!
