Pilates has kept my body reasonably fit and quite flexible for at least 10 years (I'm 92), so I think it's well worth the time and expense.

Connie is a great instructor - takes you from where you are and builds from there. I have been with The Pilates Station for 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. She also has all the equipment you could possible want for a thorough workout. I drive 40 minutes to get to her studio and 40 minutes to return home but consider it worth the effort. Maureen Wright
