• I loved the non judgemental atmosphere. Not exactly the fittest, and didn't feel judged or pressured to move past what I was capable of. But also felt like I was pushed way further than I could have gone myself. I've never done Pilates before and this has been amazing. Hoping to do the 6 week challenge.
