• Teachers are really knowledgable and supportive. Zoom classes are fantastic and really accessible. It's actually easier for me to do remote classes with a small baby and no childcare (although I hope the studio reopens soon because I miss coming for classes!)

• Everyone is very friendly. The teachers are excellent and knowledgeable. I enjoy the classes and feel safe doing the exercises even on Zoom because the instructions are so clear especially with regard to taking care of our bodies.
