Teachers are wonderful and the equipment is cared for. I feel safe in this environment as I suffer from stress and the teachers make me feel secure in teaching me.
Lizzie is fantastic and so accommodating I love the vibe of her classes and she makes me feel confident because she’s supportive that I am quite an anxious person.

The space is lovely, the instructors are lovely and you attract lovely students. I appreciate how the classes are designed to 'meet you where you are'. Sometimes you really feel like extending yourself, and there are always options for this, or for those days when you just want to feel nurtured, you feel like you've done something really good for your mind and body but can still walk down the street with a spring in your step after :)
