Just had a Pilates session yesterday. When I walked in, my Pilates instructor ( as always ) asked me how I was feeling. Rather stiff with super tight muscles was the answer. By the time I walked out I was feeling limber and great. I love The Pilates Center, The instructors are amazing and always willing to help with whatever you need to work on.
