⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I never thought I’d be the type to enjoy exercise, let alone look forward to it - but here I am, completely hooked on Pilates! For months, my daughter encouraged us to give it a try, and I kept saying no. I was adamant - I don’t exercise, period. But this past June, she finally convinced us to take a class, and I’m so glad she did. Christina is an incredible instructor. She’s patient, encouraging, and her instructions are always clear and easy to follow. She creates such a welcoming atmosphere that even a total beginner like me felt comfortable right away. The center itself is spotless and well-maintained, which adds to the overall positive experience. Now, I genuinely look forward to my classes. Pilates has become something I enjoy, and I never thought I’d say that. Thank you, Christina, for making this journey rewarding.
