I really like the one on one instruction I got with Sasha. The next day my muscles hurt so I know they got a good workout. She gets down to business and does not waste any time. The equipment is always in pristine condition. Incidentally, I always like the music that's playing and the temperature is always just right.

Christina Rodriguez is a very knowledgeable BASI instructor. She is encouraging and helpful and supports students during her small group reformer class. Even though I was just visiting Fort Worth for a conference, she took the time to help me feel welcomed. Additionally, the Pilates Center clients in class all spoke highly of the studio and instructors. If I find myself in Fort Worth again, I will be back.
