Barre class is so amazing, I’m building strength in muscles I didn’t know I had!
I love Michelle, she is so motivating, thoughtful and knowledgeable, I always leave her class feeling empowered. This class has changed my exercise game for sure, I’m hooked!
It was great having everything already there for me mats/blocks/blankets and Sarah was an awesome teacher. The aura and vibe was very calming. It was my first time and most definitely won't be my last. Not to mentions the Castillo's are pretty awesome.
