Katie is so nice and very professional. She gives lots of education on the service she is giving. She always greats me with a warm welcome, and I feel very comfortable so much so that I look forward to returning to not only get more services but to see her :)
The service was excellent and the technician who administered the massage was very professional, patient and kind. These days people are not patient with the elderly especially those who are hard of hearing with other ageing disabilities but Kody was compassionate and answered all my questions.
I would highly recommend The Pearl Day Spa..
