I had a fabulous nirvana facial with Bryer, she was very patient, friendly and professional.
In front desk they were warmly.
It was a really good experience again.

It would be a 10 if they answered their phones more than 10% of the time. Otherwise they are always kind, inviting & do an amazing job. The prices are fair & appointments are convenient. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get waxed from anyone but Ally. However I would Never get waxed by Briar again! (almost a yr later and I'm still healing from the vaginal bruising she caused me).
Very calming and peaceful setting with kind and gentle staff. I left feeling restored. A first for me but it wont be my last.
