You were out of the product for my scheduled facial and substituted a different facial; I was in another room where the equipment was not up to your normal standards
The whole experience was so peaceful and wonderful! The receptionist was great. I loved the BIG salt lamps in the fireplace. My therapist Kayla was fantastic. She took very special care of me for the whole hour, the bit of visiting we did was so warm and friendly.. My whole experience was exquisite!
