The environment of the spa is relaxing and comfortable. It was my first time there but I felt welcomed and everyone was accommodating. I left feeling fully pampered!

Staff was great. Hot pack while soaking my feet, wonderful products that smell amazing , relaxing and my nails look great.
Atmosphere, ease of scheduling, discounts for efficiency, quality LMT, professionalism.
Atmosphere was great. Massage was awesome. Only one complaint. Two times I hear left phone messages and no one ever called back.
Everything is amazing from the front desk (being offered refreshments in the lobby) to your lmao ( being reminded you can hang out in the lounge and relax as long as you’d like). The spa looks amazing and is a great place to relax and unwind.
Lovely, peaceful environment; Hannah did a wonderful job on my massage--I left with many aches healed! My sister said her massage was excellent as well . Thanks to both our LMTs!
Great and relaxing experience! The atmosphere was lovely and Britney my masseuse was excellent.
The only things I would encourage is for more reception space for multiple people to be helped at a time as well as clients not being so crowded as they wait to pay or schedule or check in.
Tony did a great job guiding me through my first professional massage. He really made me feel that he cares about my well-being and I'm looking forward to the next appointment. I also love the general concept of an urban spa and the ability to schedule appointments online.
