The customer service was wonderful .. She was extremely thoughtful and asked me several times how I was doing and if I'd like the pressure changed. I was able to make the appt within that same week of calling, truly appreciate that!

Dia is my all-time favorite massage therapist!!! I have always loved The Pearl and the therepist here are awesome but sometimes it is difficult to get an appointment when I am wanting/needing it so I have had to go to other therapist outside of the Pearl. Nevertheless, Dia was/is awesome so I booked 3 consecutive appointments!!
