Everything is amazing from the front desk (being offered refreshments in the lobby) to your lmao ( being reminded you can hang out in the lounge and relax as long as you’d like). The spa looks amazing and is a great place to relax and unwind.
Lovely, peaceful environment; Hannah did a wonderful job on my massage--I left with many aches healed! My sister said her massage was excellent as well . Thanks to both our LMTs!
Great and relaxing experience! The atmosphere was lovely and Britney my masseuse was excellent.
The only things I would encourage is for more reception space for multiple people to be helped at a time as well as clients not being so crowded as they wait to pay or schedule or check in.
Tony did a great job guiding me through my first professional massage. He really made me feel that he cares about my well-being and I'm looking forward to the next appointment. I also love the general concept of an urban spa and the ability to schedule appointments online.

The experience was pleasant and my therapist was great. My only disappointment was that my gift card expired.
The atmosphere is welcoming and soothing. I felt relaxed just walking in the door. The massage was amazing and exactly what I needed. I even fell asleep a few times. I will be visiting often and bringing my friends as well.
