One bit of feedback: I understand that you want clients to confirm their reservations so they don't flake on you. But it stressed me out a little bit when, the day before my massage and in the course of under two hours, I got a text, email, and phone call from you about my reservation. The text and email came in early (before 8am), so I was still waking up and hadn't had a change to respond yet when I got the phone call (also pretty early in the morning). I recommend maybe sending out reminders a little earlier and spacing them out more. For example, maybe start with a text three days before, then an email two days before, and maybe a call the day before if the person hasn't responded to those other reminders.
