Katie made me feel very welcome and comfortable, she gave me excellent service and the pearl day spa was charming and lovely and I look forward to coming back!
The service was a 10. However, the lack of parking (which I know is the city's fault) was the only fault and I gave a score of 9.
The practitioners were wonderful
Jaclyn was lovely and so kind and patient with my 5 year old. I always enjoy the calming environment.
The staff was very friendly, and provided great service. I felt very pampered!
