I had visited once before for a spa day and it was a great experience.
I just went again for my first waxing and Allie was amazing. She set me at ease right away. She talked me through everything as we went and the whole process was smooth (pun intended). Totally exceeded my expectations. Definitely plan to return!
Brow waxes sometimes leave my sensitive ginger skin red and irritated, and Sarah used hard wax and tons of TLC to keep them/it happy! A++++ and she is professional and so fun to talk to, as well.
The building was a tad loud during the massage in the hallway
