I had an all-around great experience. Booking, reception staff, great communication with my practitioner (Bill) and serene environment. I did not immediately understand where to park so I ended up finding a spot on the street and had to walk. I might recommend instructions for parking be sent along with the confirmation email. Equally... when someone might be able to secure their bike, if they choose that mode.
