I came in for a first time EVER Brazilian wax and I was very nervous, not just anticipating the pain but also getting naked in front of a stranger, heck I don't even get naked in front of friends let alone a stranger BUT Katie Davis was very professional and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all, she kept polite conversation and informed me when it was about to be a ruff (pun intended) patch to get through.
