Place is very relaxing and provided us with good service
The pluses- Katie did a wonderful service. The front desk person was helpful and kind as i made my appointment and on arrival.
The minuses- As an "older" woman, after getting all relaxed, coming down the dimly lit stairs was a bit more diffucult. Perhaps better lighting on the stairwell.
When I arrived I loved the ambience, soft gong, relaxing aroma and the idea of a relaxing tea. A gentleman walked in at approx 10am with the most stinky, oniony sandwich and totally threw everything off. Perhaps a sign on the door that says" Kindly, No Outside Food".
Friendly and cozy and atmosphere , relaxing vibe, professional staff.
Front steps are not safe in the dark. Railing lights shine right in the eyes, not so much to illuminate the steps. I missed the bottom step leaving because there was little or no light.
