I had an excellent massage from Kelly Seitz. I have had a lot massages over the years and Kelly is very skilled and sensitive. She checked in with me often (but not too often) to make sure that the pressure was what I wanted. Her treatment relieved the neck and shoulder pain that I was experiencing when I arrived. She also had very good suggestions for stretches that I can do at home. I look forward to coming back regularly for more massages with Kelly.
