Everything was great other than the booking process which is kind of a pain in the butt.
the multi step scheduling is kind of a pain. Also we were unable to bill insurance for the massage and unable to use our FSA medical card due to an issue on your guys end. Meaning that made an extra unexpected expense that was really inconvenient
There is always room for improvement. Perhaps a complementary glass of wine or a soft drink?
