It is very sweet and charming in the building and the waiting room. And the room I had my Mani pad was very welcoming and charming also. My manicurist was really pleasant and attentive, and the entire experience was great.

First time attending Pearl Spa for a couples massage and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly and offered water or tea while we waited for our service. The staff also asked if we wanted any add-ons, which I appreciated because I ended up adding hot stones to my massage and it was totally worth it.
When our massage therapists arrived, they greeted us kindly, explained the service, and made sure we were comfortable before beginning. The entire experience felt relaxing, professional, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Pearl Spa to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating massage experience again
