• Amazing staff from the very top (the owner, I believe) to every team member I had the pleasure of interacting with. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, the service was incredible. They asked for a photo of my hair and my inspiration, which immediately showed me how invested they are in their craft. They take the time to understand the services you want in advance so they can deliver the best possible experience. Their system is impressive, they had on file my previous visit and the services I received, which really highlights their attention to detail. Upon arrival, they listened carefully to my wants and needs. Overall, the level of care and professionalism truly stood out.

• I saw your advertisement on KSAT 12 on 26 Dec. My birthday is on Monday and I wanted to do something special. I called the spa, and Lizzie was very warm and welcoming, I booked the appointment. While chatting with her, I mentioned my birthday. She then shared that her birthday was Monday as well. Now that rarely happens 😊. That drew me in to make the appointment. The entire staff was professional and really nice. When I arrived the aroma smells were true therapy. I am big on home, car, aroma's. They set the tone all the time. Michael's massage was amazing. He massaged out the kinks I had going on in my body. I feel better. Your entire staff were awesome and knowledgeable about your products. I hope to be able to get a few of your products soon. I will rebook at your salon and spa. Thank you for the opportunity. I hope the New Year brings you blessings 🙌.

• I visited the North Star location on a whim as a walk in for my nephew who needed a haircut. The place was absolutely beautiful and Joey was great! Joey provided excellent customer service to my 16 year old nephew as well as mentor him with the products to style his hair! Huge thank you to Joey for being absolutely professional and taking the time to teach my nephew styling tips! Much appreciated 😊
