• I liked that I was the only customer there. It made me feel safer than than I would have if more customers had been there. It was also very comfortable and I liked that things were explained. I also liked how they assessed my skin to decide which facial was best. The only thing is once I texted I had arrived, I got a message stating "You're checked in! We'll let you know when we're ready for you." Since it said if he notified when they were ready, I didn't go in. I stayed outside until I received a call a few minutes after my appt time saying they had been waiting for me to come in.
