• This was my first experience with the original facial bar my aesthetician was amazing very gentle and gave me a lot of good information about my skin I am so grateful you guys are open during this pandemic to make people feel their best the environment was safe and relaxing!

• The reason I chose this score was because Nesrin was highly informative in regards to the questions I had and explained thoroughly each step she was doing during my facial. Also the individual who checked me in was cautious and very kind. Loved the service and my experience, exceeded my expectation. I appreciate the new precautions this location is taking.

• It was a combination of things to which I understand the reason behind it but it was slightly uncomfortable or inconvenient for it. It would of been a 10 had I not had my appointment changed on me the night before as well as receiving a text the night before telling me I could not use the bathroom. I came up from Walnut Creek and had services for 1.5 hours and had an hour drive back home. This caused me to stress out and not be able to relax completely during my appointment. Luckily I was able to find a target and use their bathroom. Also the room was really cold and they got my appointment confused, I was first sat down the with a dermatologist and then changed to the one that was meant to complete my appointment. Nes was wonderful btw. Like I said, I understand the rules that were in place it was just a little inconvenient to find out the night before or on the day.
