• I like the positivity. I liked how Kristen laid out an approach plan for fixing "not treating" the problem. I was a little disappointed I wasn't going to see Dr. Ivor "love his attitude " but Kristen is probably better anyway.

• Welcoming, never waiting, kindness. Most importantly the Doctor hears me, is on point, gives clear explanations, visibly tries hard to help me, offers good advises and finds good solutions.
