• Just seemed a little rushed for a "spa day". I would have liked more explanations during the facial and more water. My appt was at 345 and I arrived at 343 with my paper work completed. Receptionist was waiting on another customer and phone ringing. When it was my turn, I had to get the Groupon numbers sent to my phone (3-5 min delay). Yet when it was time to go into the room for my facial, I was scolded for being late! I was there on time. Overall both the facial and massage were enjoyable and I found both relaxing.
