• The service was lovely, and the therapists were as well. We really enjoyed and look forward to coming back! If I might offer a small suggestion: it was a bit unclear at the end when we were having our foot soak exactly what to expect...we didn't realize drying off our feet etc was part of the service, so we just got dressed. So maybe a bit more communication re what would be involved with that part would be helpful moving forward. Of course, maybe there normally is information about this and it was just an off day? It was no big deal regardless, but with surveys I believe feedback is helpful.

• While your building is quaint, it is old and creaky. When relaxing on the massage table, people walking near by make the table shake. There is also no good inside area to sit and relax for a while after a massage. It makes the experience feel more rushed versus the experience I've had elsewhere.
