I previously gave a positive review regarding the customer service. They then called to offer a complimentary manicure. I was reluctant but accepted. I called to schedule it, they then told me that because I reviewed another nail salon with a similar complaint that she would be revoking the offer and contacted Yelp about me. My review was that my rubber gel manicure chipped after three days, and that after another two days another nail chipped. They fixed it, and the same thing happened on the same nail that chipped after the first time - 3 nails total chipped in under a week. I previously reviewed another nail salon that I went to before this one, where I received a hard gel manicure that I was told would last 3-5 weeks, but it also lasted less than two weeks before nails started to chip - I assume this is what she was referring to.

For some background: Before I moved, I had a regular nail salon I went to where my hard gel manicures lasted up to 5+ weeks if I waited that long. The only exception being one time another lady who wasn't my regular mail tech did them. When I moved, I started going to another nail salon that also did my hard gel manicures, and they also lasted up to 5 weeks or until I got them redone - I only stopped going because of the cost and to give my nails a break from getting too thin. All of this to say I am not new to hard gel manicures and I am used to them lasting a long time.

I initially gave this place a 5/5 on customer service despite my nails chipping, and gave them a 2/5 review based on the quality and it not matching the price tag. I am now bringing that to a 0/5 all around due to the lack of professionalism. I simply posted an honest review based on my experience and gave them a higher review than I would have. I do not understand how a company thinks it's okay to treat customers like this based on a review of their personal experience. It is unethical and unprofessional to contact Yelp to have an honest review taken down. I never once asked for a free manicure and was reluctant to accept it until they convinced me to do so. It is very unprofessional to offer something, convince me to accept it after I initially declined, then attack my character when I call to schedule an appointment. I will be contacting Yelp about this place as they have about me.

Be very hesitant to trust these reviews as they report them to Yelp to have them taken down.

Update: I spoke with their management to report this lady's behavior, and she was apologetic and offered to try to remedy the situation of my nails constantly chipping. After one week since they redid my nails, only my nail that initially chipped has chipped again, and a couple other nails have lifted, but the rest are still in tact. It is unfortunate that I had this experience because I really enjoyed getting my nails done there and was hoping to make this my regular place. They may be a good place to go for a regular gel manicure but I cannot recommend going for a Russian style manicure or for hard gel in general.

Talk about polite, professional, nice. A neon sign of "Great Vibes" is mounted on the wall, and that's what you feel when you walk in. Clean, swift and relaxing. Excellent service. Highly recommended !

My go-to nail salon! Irina never fails to do an amazing job on my nails. I haven't had a broken nail or a chipped nail in over 6 months and it's all thanks to her. I highly recommend this salon and Irina !

This salon has everything I was looking for: it's clean, organized, great customer service, friendly and skilled staff, and a variety of colors to choose from.

My friend and will be coming back, not only to get serviced by Raya and Kelly (both did immaculate work), but for the great atmosphere the entire team provided.

Lovely, friendly, patient staff. Came here with 9 other women to get our nails done together before a wedding. The lashes were so patient and nice to my aunties who rarely get their nails done so it took them a while to choose their colors. The staff was so helpful and helpful provide a great experience. Will be back

I flew into town for my best friend's wedding and was needing to get my nails done on short notice. I found the Nail'ery here on Yelp and made an appointment for the following morning. Making an appointment was seamless and the receptionist is very sweet.

Over the phone, I said I wanted a regular mani/pedi. But on the day of my nail appointment, I changed my mind and asked if they would be able to do Gel-X. I felt so bad for changing my mind at the last minute, but thankfully they were able to accommodate! If you decide to do Gel-X, I recommend making sure you'll have enough time for the appointment because that way the nail technician does not have to feel rushed. My nail tech was very sweet and did a great job even though I had a hard stop by a certain time.

I highly recommend this nail salon. When I'm back in the area, I'll be going here again.

I always LOVE my nails. I can't recommend the Nailery & Co enough. The staff is always so friendly and sweet. Their studio is so cute, clean and welcoming. & the nail techs always NAIL it! I go to Kelly & Angie, but honestly they're all amazing and treat you like family. They give me great advice on how to take better care of my nails and what will help them grow out long and strong. They all seem like they genuinely enjoy their jobs and working with each other. You couldn't convince me to go anywhere else! This salon will be my go-to forever!!!
