Lexi is an amazingly cool, smart, sweet and very talented person. First met her about a month ago from a referral from my sister.
So, so happy I found her. She moves to her own beat and it's exciting to be a part of. She plays incredible music and has the most relaxing vibe. The manicures and pedicures are, bar none, the best of the best. You almost feel like you are part of her family and you really don't want to leave when she's done.

Moving from the city up north I really struggled to find myself to keep going into the city for a decent manicure . I had tried a couple of places in Westchester area and was never pleased. Super overpriced and always hastily done. Also as a woman of color , to get friendly service up here is a struggle .

But then I came to the Nail Concierge . Super clean and friendly . Had the most amazing conversations and the individualized attention . It was so realizing and the minute you walk in Lexi literally tells you " I am here to take care of you ; welcome to the family !" Like what ?! Who does that ! Just felt super amazing and then she's just really good at what she does . I had a pain in the arse color on my nails from a previous job but she was so patient and took it off and schooled me on nail care . It's been a week since the service and there is no chip , lifting , or bubbling !

Phenomenal experience. I didn't know what to expect from a waterless pedicure. It was fantastic. My feet are very ticklish and a typical pedicure is sometimes hard to tolerate. This was the complete opposite. And the spa pedicure massage was so good I passed out. Can't wait for my next one!

Alexia is so fantastic! She makes the entire experience so relaxing and is very in tune to what her customers need and want. I love the experience she gives of being the only person in the room. She is charming, knowledgeable and does a fantastic job. Highly recommend her and her business.

The Nail Concierge is still a treat! COVID-19 locked all of us away and really added pressure on small business owners. I thought about Lexi during the shut down and hoped she would be able to reopen...AND SHE DID!

The Nail Concierge is back and better than ever. Lexi's space was clean before the rise of COVID-19 and now extra precautions were taken to ensure our safety. My visit had its usual level of efficiency, professionalism, safety and of course, fun.

Wow, I had the best pedicure of my life today! Alexia is simply phenomenal. I have cerebral palsy, which makes my toes twitch. This irritates so many people at salons I've been to previously. Alexia was kind, patient, and made me feel at ease. I've had nail technicians smack my toes to make them stop twitching - which totally doesn't work. I also have cancer. I'm on a maintenance chemo that will hopefully keep my cancer dormant for a long long time. My feet are really dry, which I just assumed was life. Turns out, Alexia has worked with many cancer patients, and she has perfected techniques to remove dead skin from feet! It was not at all painful, and my feet feel amazing! Her little salon is adorable. I even chose to have my nail polish as the color of her walls! She suggested adding glitter, which I didn't even know was possible with gel pedicures!! My toes look great and my feet feel softer than ever. I also appreciated Alexia's focus on cleanliness - the place sparkles. As someone with a slightly weakened immune system, I felt safe. Thank you, Alexia!! I will definitely be back!!

The holy grail of nail care! Listen up, if you are in the NYC area, this place is worth the commute for the absolute BEST manicure and pedicure of your life! Prior to coming here, I thought that I knew what a good nail service was but clearly, I had no clue. The chair that reclined 90 degrees to ensure that my feet were elevated while receiving a solid massage was beyond magical, especially for someone who doesn't really like massages (I know, I know). I cannot wait to have to travel back to Purchase for work so that I can come back here every time!

Meticulous. Clean. Knows what's up! I'll keep it short although I could go on & on. This place gives you a real manicure. I'd never had one before! Impeccable.
After learning about how easy it is to get fungus at your run-of-the-mill nail salon I had all but sworn them off especially for pedicures. I scoured the Internet for a salon that did basin pedicures but only found places that were overpriced and in the city. Thank God I found Alexia! Her attention to detail and relaxing music made me feel like I was in a land far far away. Very very pleased and will definitely be back!
