• I arrived for my appointment, was acknowledged immediately and given a brief form to complete. I was offered water (or Topo Chico) while waiting. I was then greeted by my therapist and my massage was amazing and thorough. I felt like I was appreciated as a customer and that is something most businesses these days don't effectively do.
