• Amy is amazing at finding the exact muscle /trigger point I need worked. I would give more than 10 if I could. The sauna prior allows me to relax a bit before the massage which is amazing. I was not prepared for not getting a bottle of water before the sauna .... I did get a bit dehydrated and had a headache the rest of the afternoon. On prior sauna visits I was given 2 bottles and advised to drink both. For that change I give a 5 for therapeutic benefit for massage .... 0 fir the oncoming dehydration later in the day
