• The receptionist was very welcoming, professional, and efficient at getting us checked in and to our massage. The therapists did an amazing job! My husband and I both got massages and both were very happy with the skill of our therapist and the experience. We originally had booked facials and massages, but the person who did the facials got sick that morning so we had to shift the appointments around. The Massage Center communicated to us early that morning, found out what would work for us, coordinate with the therapists, and took care of everything. I VERY much appreciated how they completely owned the responsibility to resolve the shift in plans in a way that worked for us.
