• We've been going to Martial Arfs for about 2 years and I enjoy the workout my dog gets. Recently I was advised that his weight was a bit high and the trainers have help me adjust his diet and tailor his exercise program to help him lose the excess weight. So far he has lost about 4 lbs. and has about 4 more to go.
