• Nicole was wonderful, quick to respond to my initial appointment request, and the team was beyond professional and cautious when we were on site to ensure that our dog and all other dogs kept their distance to avoid any reactive behaviors. My usually standoffish dog -when in new environments -became acclimated to the trainer, place & responded positively to what was asked of her.
