I just loved the overall experience. I haven't worked out in some time and knew I didn't want to jump into a grueling beat my body up work out. I wanted something more fun that also helped me to be healthy and build stamina. The Bungee beginner class was just that. The instructor was thorough with her instructions and patient. The bungee provided great support allowing me to have fun with the movements and still get a solid workout.
